I'd like to congratulate the Wireshark team for releasing Wireshark 1.0.0. As the news item says, it's been nearly 10 years in the making. I started using Ethereal in 1999 at the AFCERT with data collected from our ASIM sensors.
It's a great time for network security monitoring right now! With Sguil 0.7.0 released there's a lot of attention from high level players. It's cool.
